1. Kdo údaje zpracovává

2. Jaké údaje a proč
- Zákaznický účet (registrace): jméno nebo název firmy, e-mail, telefon, typ účtu a heslo (uložen je jen nevratný otisk, heslo samotné nikdo nevidí). Slouží k vedení účtu, ověření e-mailu a telefonu a ke zpřístupnění historie vašich vozidel. Právní základ: plnění smlouvy / jednání o smlouvě.
- Propojení vozidel a historie zakázek: po zadání SPZ nebo VIN a schválení servisem uvidíte u svého vozidla datum servisu, stav kilometrů a popis provedených prací. Ceny oprav se na webu nezobrazují. Právní základ: plnění smlouvy a oprávněný zájem na vedení servisní historie.
- Objednávka a kontakt: formulář na webu otevře ve vašem zařízení e-mail s údaji, které jste zadali (jméno, telefon, e-mail, vozidlo, popis požadavku) a vy ho sami odešlete. Údaje použijeme k vyřízení objednávky. Chatbot na webu běží jen ve vašem prohlížeči a nic neodesílá na server, dokud sami neodešlete objednávku.
- Žádosti ze zákaznického účtu (např. žádost o fakturu nebo nahlášení chyby v údajích) se odesílají e-mailem servisu a na webu se neukládají.
- Ochrana před zneužitím: při registraci, přihlášení a obnově hesla se krátce zaznamená IP adresa a e-mail pro omezení počtu pokusů. Záznamy se mažou, zpravidla do 24 hodin. Právní základ: oprávněný zájem na bezpečnosti služby.
3. Cookies a úložiště prohlížeče
Web používá jen to, co je nezbytné: přihlašovací cookie po přihlášení do zákaznického účtu (zaniká odhlášením nebo vypršením platnosti) a údaj o zvoleném jazyce v úložišti prohlížeče. Nepoužíváme reklamní ani sledovací cookies, proto na webu není souhlasová lišta.
4. Statistika návštěvnosti
Pro zjištění, kolik lidí web navštěvuje, používáme službu Cloudflare Web Analytics. Pracuje bez cookies a bez sledování jednotlivých návštěvníků napříč weby, ukládá jen souhrnné údaje (počty návštěv, stránky, země, typ zařízení). Právní základ: oprávněný zájem na zlepšování webu.
5. Komu údaje předáváme
- Cloudflare – provoz webu, databáze zákaznických účtů a statistika návštěvnosti.
- Resend – odesílání e-mailů (potvrzení e-mailu, obnova hesla).
- Poskytovatel SMS – pokud bude zapnuto ověření telefonu SMS kódem, zašle se mu telefonní číslo a text zprávy.
Tyto služby mohou údaje zpracovávat i mimo EU, a to na základě záruk požadovaných nařízením GDPR (např. standardních smluvních doložek). Údaje neprodáváme a nepoužíváme je k reklamě.
6. Jak dlouho údaje uchováváme
Údaje zákaznického účtu uchováváme po dobu, kdy účet existuje. Zrušení účtu můžete kdykoli požádat e-mailem, údaje pak bez zbytečného odkladu smažeme. Servisní historie vozidel se vede dle potřeb servisu a zákonných povinností.
7. Vaše práva
Máte právo na přístup k údajům, jejich opravu, výmaz, omezení zpracování, přenositelnost a právo vznést námitku. Stačí napsat na [email protected]. Máte také právo podat stížnost u Úřadu pro ochranu osobních údajů (uoou.gov.cz).

2. What data and why
- Customer account (registration): name or company name, e-mail, phone, account type and password (only an irreversible hash is stored; nobody can see the password itself). Used to run your account, verify your e-mail and phone, and show the history of your vehicles. Legal basis: performance of a contract / steps prior to a contract.
- Vehicle links and service history: after you enter a licence plate or VIN and the workshop approves it, you can see the service date, mileage and a description of the work done. Repair prices are not shown on the website. Legal basis: performance of a contract and our legitimate interest in keeping service records.
- Booking and contact: the website form opens an e-mail on your device with the details you entered (name, phone, e-mail, vehicle, description) and you send it yourself. We use it to handle your booking. The chatbot runs only in your browser and sends nothing to a server until you send the booking yourself.
- Requests from your account (e.g. asking for an invoice or reporting an error) are sent to the workshop by e-mail and are not stored on the website.
- Abuse protection: on registration, login and password reset, your IP address and e-mail are briefly recorded to limit the number of attempts. Records are deleted, usually within 24 hours. Legal basis: legitimate interest in the security of the service.
3. Cookies and browser storage
The website uses only what is necessary: a login cookie after you sign in to your account (it ends when you sign out or it expires) and your language choice stored in the browser. We use no advertising or tracking cookies, so there is no consent banner.
4. Visitor statistics
To find out how many people visit the website we use Cloudflare Web Analytics. It works without cookies and does not track individual visitors across websites; it stores only aggregate data (number of visits, pages, country, device type). Legal basis: legitimate interest in improving the website.
5. Who receives your data
- Cloudflare – website hosting, the customer account database and visitor statistics.
- Resend – sending e-mails (e-mail confirmation, password reset).
- SMS provider – if phone verification by SMS code is switched on, your phone number and the message text are sent to it.
These services may process data outside the EU, based on safeguards required by the GDPR (e.g. standard contractual clauses). We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.
6. How long we keep data
We keep customer account data for as long as the account exists. You can ask for the account to be closed at any time by e-mail and we will then delete the data without undue delay. Vehicle service history is kept as needed by the workshop and by legal obligations.
7. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and the right to object. Just write to [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz).

2. Welche Daten und wozu
- Kundenkonto (Registrierung): Name oder Firmenname, E-Mail, Telefon, Kontotyp und Passwort (gespeichert wird nur ein nicht umkehrbarer Hashwert, das Passwort selbst sieht niemand). Zur Kontoführung, zur Bestätigung von E-Mail und Telefon und zur Anzeige der Historie Ihrer Fahrzeuge. Rechtsgrundlage: Vertragserfüllung bzw. vorvertragliche Maßnahmen.
- Fahrzeugverknüpfung und Servicehistorie: Nach Eingabe von Kennzeichen oder FIN und Freigabe durch die Werkstatt sehen Sie Servicedatum, Kilometerstand und eine Beschreibung der ausgeführten Arbeiten. Reparaturpreise werden auf der Website nicht angezeigt. Rechtsgrundlage: Vertragserfüllung und berechtigtes Interesse an der Führung der Servicehistorie.
- Termin und Kontakt: Das Formular auf der Website öffnet auf Ihrem Gerät eine E-Mail mit den eingegebenen Angaben (Name, Telefon, E-Mail, Fahrzeug, Beschreibung), die Sie selbst absenden. Wir nutzen sie zur Bearbeitung Ihres Termins. Der Chatbot läuft nur in Ihrem Browser und sendet nichts an einen Server, bis Sie den Auftrag selbst absenden.
- Anfragen aus Ihrem Konto (z. B. Rechnungsanfrage oder Fehlermeldung) werden per E-Mail an die Werkstatt gesendet und nicht auf der Website gespeichert.
- Missbrauchsschutz: Bei Registrierung, Anmeldung und Passwortzurücksetzung werden IP-Adresse und E-Mail kurz erfasst, um die Zahl der Versuche zu begrenzen. Die Einträge werden gelöscht, in der Regel innerhalb von 24 Stunden. Rechtsgrundlage: berechtigtes Interesse an der Sicherheit des Dienstes.
3. Cookies und Browser-Speicher
Die Website verwendet nur das Notwendige: ein Anmelde-Cookie nach der Anmeldung im Kundenkonto (es endet mit der Abmeldung oder dem Ablauf) und die gewählte Sprache im Browser-Speicher. Wir verwenden keine Werbe- oder Tracking-Cookies, daher gibt es kein Einwilligungsbanner.
4. Besucherstatistik
Um zu erfahren, wie viele Menschen die Website besuchen, nutzen wir Cloudflare Web Analytics. Der Dienst arbeitet ohne Cookies und verfolgt einzelne Besucher nicht über Websites hinweg; gespeichert werden nur zusammengefasste Daten (Anzahl der Besuche, Seiten, Land, Gerätetyp). Rechtsgrundlage: berechtigtes Interesse an der Verbesserung der Website.
5. An wen Daten weitergegeben werden
- Cloudflare – Betrieb der Website, Datenbank der Kundenkonten und Besucherstatistik.
- Resend – Versand von E-Mails (E-Mail-Bestätigung, Passwortzurücksetzung).
- SMS-Anbieter – wenn die Telefonbestätigung per SMS-Code eingeschaltet ist, werden ihm Ihre Telefonnummer und der Nachrichtentext übermittelt.
Diese Dienste können Daten auch außerhalb der EU verarbeiten, auf Grundlage der nach der DSGVO erforderlichen Garantien (z. B. Standardvertragsklauseln). Wir verkaufen Ihre Daten nicht und nutzen sie nicht für Werbung.
6. Wie lange wir Daten speichern
Kundenkontodaten speichern wir, solange das Konto besteht. Sie können jederzeit per E-Mail die Löschung des Kontos verlangen, die Daten werden dann unverzüglich gelöscht. Die Servicehistorie der Fahrzeuge wird nach dem Bedarf der Werkstatt und gesetzlichen Pflichten geführt.
7. Ihre Rechte
Sie haben das Recht auf Auskunft, Berichtigung, Löschung, Einschränkung der Verarbeitung, Datenübertragbarkeit und Widerspruch. Schreiben Sie einfach an [email protected]. Sie können sich außerdem bei der tschechischen Datenschutzbehörde beschweren (uoou.gov.cz).
